有一則故事:某天有位父親帶著兒子去找甘地，希望甘地可以勸他兒子改掉愛吃糖的習慣，甘地說等一個月後再來，一個月後那位父親又帶著兒子來找甘地，甘地就勸小朋友別再吃糖。父親覺得很奇怪，為什麼要等一個月再來呢?甘地解釋說一個月前他也很愛吃甜食，所以他無法勸小朋友別吃甜食。變成你希望在這個世界看到的改變-真的是甘地終身奉行的信條。
